Product Introduction :
The PDF-3000A DC system ground fault tester is used to find the accurate location of the DC system grounding point in power plants and substations under uninterrupted power conditions. In principle, the instrument introduces a brand-new detection method—waveform analysis. Its main features and advantages: high detection sensitivity, strong ability to check the distributed capacitance of the system, uninterrupted power search, does not affect the normal operation of the system, and anti-interference ability Strong, safe and reliable, etc.
The waveform analysis method is to add a specific periodic voltage signal between the DC bus and the ground, detect the current of each branch through a caliper probe, analyze and calculate the phase and phase difference between the fundamental wave and the harmonic of the current signal, and then Determine whether there are ground faults and ground fault points.
This device is composed of three parts: signal generator, signal receiver and signal collector (caliper). When looking for faults in the DC system, the three must be used together.
Main characteristics:
- Simple to use. The instrument can be used directly by turning on the power switch, no other key operations are required.
- Safe and reliable. This instrument does not need to stop the floating charger and all other power sources, and has no effect on the DC system.
- There are many applicable voltage levels. DC system 220V, 110V, 48V, 24V can be used.
- Wide application range. Any type of power supply department such as power plants, substations, coal mines, and chemical plants can be used.
- Convenient to carry, the signal receiver has its own battery, no external power supply is needed, and it can be carried anywhere to find the grounding point.
- The DC system is constantly powered to find the grounding point, which does not affect the normal operation of the system.
- Strong anti-interference ability, overcoming the influence of distributed capacitance of the system.
- Intelligent charging management reduces charging time and prolongs battery life.
